Maragogype is well-known to coffee connoisseurs and experts. This coffee variety is a natural hybrid of Typica and, depending on the country, Bourbon, and is renowned for the exceptional size of its beans, often nicknamed "elephant beans."

Our Maragogype comes from the small terroir of Jinoteca, in northern Nicaragua, a region also known as Las Brumas. This volcanic region boasts rich soil, perfect for coffee cultivation. The altitude of 1,400 meters allows for a coffee with wonderful flavors.

It is a refined and aromatic coffee, with fruity and delicately sweet notes. Its smooth and rounded texture is complemented by a beautiful balance, supported by a fine and perfectly controlled acidity. It will appeal to lovers of subtle, complex coffees free of bitterness.
