Transport of your package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment. If we can do it faster, of course we do. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and freight charges.

Shipping costs are not included in the prices displayed on the site and are indicated in the order summary before payment. The related shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customs fees may apply which will be the responsibility of the customer. MAPALGA does not cover customs duties or additional taxes in the region or country of destination.

Mondial Relay will make every effort to deliver packages within 3 working days of pick-up for delivery in mainland France. For international deliveries, the delay is 3 to 6 working days depending on the destinations."

We advise you to group your purchases into a single order to benefit from free shipping, for purchases over €49 in France with our partner Mondial Relay .

Price Metropolitan France: €5

For other countries, a different rate applies depending on the price of the order and the country, and free shipping is from €89 via Mondial Relay.

IMPORTANT: packages are kept for 5 days in a locker, 8 days at a physical relay point. Retrieve it as soon as you receive the notification. After the deadline, the package is returned to us, and you will have to pay fees again to have it redelivered.

This shipping method is carried out by LA POSTE and its Colissimo service. Your package will be delivered to you personally or delivered to your mailbox. If its size does not allow delivery by mailbox, it will be made available to you in the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender. In all cases you are informed by email 24 hours before delivery of your package.

Home delivery with Rendez-vous COLISSIMO:

You will be able to select, from Monday to Friday, the time slot that suits you best for your delivery: from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. You will also have the option of having it delivered on another day within 10 working days. This service carries an additional cost of €4 including tax

You can also collect your package from our premises at 64, Fernand Finel industrial zone, 50430 LESSAY. In this case we will not charge transport costs. You just need to choose this option when completing your order on mapalga.fr.
