At MAPALGA, what we expect from coffee is taste, flavor, the pleasure of seeing the product and its smell, and the way in which you will prepare it, within the best possible budget. 

This is why capsules have no place in our country: too expensive, prepared with sloppy coffees and which generate much more waste. 

MAPALGA coffees are selected from noble origins and will be gently roasted, by origin, at temperatures between 190 and 220°C, to obtain exceptional flavors.
