The manufacturer's warranty is 12 months if the coffee machine is used as "commercial" or "professional".

The vices will be eliminated by Jura during the warranty period, the guarantee provision taking place, at the choice of Jura, by restoration (repair), exchange of defective parts or exchange of the machine.

The execution of guarantee services does not give rise to extension or renewal of the duration of warranty. The replaced parts become the property of Jura.

Guarantee services are excluded in the event of damage or defects resulting from non-regulatory connection, non-compliant handling or transport, repair or transformation carried out by unauthorized persons as well as non-compliance with instructions for use. In particular, the warranty does not apply if Jura's service and maintenance instructions are not observed or if maintenance products other than Jura water filters, cleaning pastilles and Jura descaling tablets are used, which do not correspond to original specifications.

wear parts (such as joints, grinding discs, valves) are also excluded from the warranty as well as damage resulting from the presence of foreign bodies in the crusher (stones, wood, trombones for example).

The purchase invoice with indication of the date of purchase and the type of machine is proof of the right to guarantee.
