Operating principle:

The coffee mill is driven by a DC motor (1) using an endless helical wheel (2). The endless screw leads to a gear that turns the lower wheel (4). On the same axis, a wheel (3) has two magnets (6) which induce two pulses on a sensor, which in turn transmits them to the electronic system.
