Deliveryin Relay Point Origin: The Sidamo region owes its name to an ethnic group, the Sidamas, in the southwest of Ethiopia. The harvest is carried out in the province of Sidamo, south of Ethiopia, a famous cradle of coffee.
Characteristics : a gourmet coffee which leaves an impression of roundness and citrus. It is a fine and elegant coffee which persists in the mouth from its richness of aromas, and which positions it in the top 10 of the favorite cafes of connoisseurs.
*: We have selected this coffee for its grade 2. The difference between the grades is defined by the number of defects visible in a sample of 300g of green coffee. If a coffee receives a grade 1 classification, it has 0 to 3 faults; It's rare!
