The "moka" cafes are so called because they were formerly sent in the world from the port of Mocha in Yemen, the oldest port for the Coffee Trade.

This pure origin moka comes from the province of Sidamo, south of Ethiopia, renowned and historical cradle of coffee. Coffee trees are growing in the wild on highlands, directly on volcanic soil with peaks, some of which culminate at more than 4000m.

Origin: The Sidamo region owes its name to an ethnic group, the Sidamas, in the southwest of Ethiopia. The harvest is carried out in the province of Sidamo, south of Ethiopia, a famous cradle of coffee.

Characteristics : a gourmet coffee which leaves an impression of roundness and citrus. It is a fine and elegant coffee that will persist in the mouth, and which positions in the top 10 favorite cafes of connoisseurs, which is incredible.

*: We have selected this coffee for its grade 2. l A difference between the grades is defined by the number of defects visible in a sample of 300g of green coffee. if a coffee receives a grade 1 classification, it has 0 to 3 defects; It's rare!

Category 2 coffees authorize from 4 to 12 defects.

Note: The graduation of a coffee can range from 1 to 6, on this value of 6, we obtain 153 defects for 300g of green coffee, however some coffees from this notation are sold by unscrupulous marks without you knowing it ..

Mapalga coffees are roasted slowly in an artisanal way to bring you the best quality and great freshness. They are packed quickly after cooling in sachets. The result is a very aromatic coffee with an exceptional taste, not very acidic, and not fat to preserve the components of your coffee machine.
