How to use this Moka coffee maker?

- Before the first use: Wash the coffee maker well with water.

do some coffees and throw them before your first tasting.

	pour water into the base to the safety valve.
	Introduce the funnel into the base.  then add the ground coffee to the edge and equalize it without tasting it.
	screw the body of the coffee maker on the base.
	Put the coffee maker to heat on the heat source. The water by boiling, will go up in the funnel and cross the coffee and then come out gently in the pourse. Once the coffee has finished sink, remove the Italian coffee maker from the plate and close the cover.

Maintenance:

for washing, do not use iron straw or detergents and abrasive substances.

It is strongly advised to clean the coffee maker with water and bicarbonate.
