A label has been created to help consumers choose a device that guarantees tasting and ethical pleasure. At Melitta, the objective is to make products more sustainable and therefore more respectful of the climate and the environment.

The 2-year warranty period takes effect from the date of purchase of the machine by the end user. The date of purchase of the machine must be indicated on a proof of purchase. The coffee maker has been designed and manufactured for private home use. During the warranty period, Melitta will remedy all defects of the machine resulting from material or manufacturing defects, and will, at our discretion, repair or replace the device. Replaced parts then become our property. Defects related to improper connections, improper handling, or attempts to repair by unauthorized persons are excluded from the warranty. The same applies in case of non-compliance with usage instructions, maintenance (e.g., descaling) and care, as well as in the case of using consumables (cleaning, descaling products, or water filters) that do not comply with the specifications. Wearing parts (such as seals and valves for example), easily breakable parts like glass, and damage caused by the presence of foreign objects are also excluded from the warranty.
