white tea is one of the most delicate and rare teas in the world. Originally mainly from China, it is developed from young shoots and buds of the Camellia Sinensis plant, which are harvested by hand to preserve their exceptional quality.

Unlike green tea or black tea, white tea undergoes minimal treatment. After the harvest, the leaves are simply withered in the open air, which allows them to dry gently. This step keeps the natural components of tea as much as possible, including its antioxidants, flavonoids and minerals. No fermentation or fixing process is carried out, which gives it its soft, subtle and slightly sweet flavor.
